Cioccolati Italiani represents the Italian excellence in terms of quality and innovation in the food environment. It is the first Italian concept store completely dedicated to chocolate and it is an ice-cream bar, a cafeteria and a patisserie.
The brand’s objective is to create a new chocolate-culture through the different shapes it is worked and proposed to the clients.

Babotel suggested and implemented a campaign to increase the traffic in store, increase its social media presence and generate new leads.

WHY
HOW

A new desktop and mobile campaign has been launched. The objective was to promote the “1+1” offer: thanks to the subscription on the website, like on the Facebook page and registration on Yelp or Foursquare, the user could enjoy the promotion that allowed to buy an ice-cream and get the second one for free.

Users online engagement allowed the brand to enlarge its database and increase the traffic in its stores, increasing Cioccolati brand knowledge and allowing its growth.

The new campaign has been promoted on social medias, website and newsletters. It was composed of a voucher, to be presented in store to get the free ice-cream, that was generated for every client who took part to the initiative.
