Requirements Qualifications:
- 2 + years management experience in an e-commerce in the travel sector

- Strong interpersonal skills / team player and demonstrated ability to work with various teams harmoniously while keeping projects on time and on budget.
- Manages with a diplomatic but results-oriented management style
- Demonstrated knowledge of web site technology
- Understanding of online marketing, affiliate marketing, paid search, organic search and marketing analysis.
- Possesses strong analytical ability coupled with creative problem solving skills
- Hands on experience with testing software and or web products.
- Can communicate clearly and effectively with subordinates and Executive Management
- BA/BS preferred
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Project management of all the web projects.
- Work closely with the developer team.
- Work with web hosting and development vendor to resolve website technical problems.
- Steer and direct website development and growth. Ensure best practices.
- Work with owner on all online website marketing initiatives
- Execute web site statistics preparation, analysis, and evaluation.

Babotel is a start up consulting company specialized in online marketing for the travel sector. We help any travel business to increase their business directly.
The ideal candidate has 4 years experience in Sales and ideally in the travel sector. Candidates should be highly motivated, dependable, and have a desire to take ownership of their duties to help the company grow and succeed.
You will need to generate new and profitable revenue by identifying and securing new Client deals for the distribution of the company's products and services.
Requirements Qualifications:
- 4 + years Sales experience

- Travel Industry experience
- Previous Business Development experience within Insurance/ Assistance/ Travel industry
- Evidence of managing full Sales Cycle of large corporate accounts
- Prospecting activity/ Sales conversion ratios
- B2B Sales experience
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Research and segment market
- Identify, investigate, validate and proactively pursue appropriate opportunities in line with corporate sales strategy.
- Maintain an accurate prospect database and produce monthly sales pipeline and progress reports
- Lead and co-ordinating all aspects of the sales cycle
- Identify and attend conferences/ industry events and co-ordinate marketing activity and corporate hospitality
